as always

2015

An evening-length performance of movement and poetry that rests in the implosions  of when words meet bodies. Whimsical and exuberant, the work draws from the classical Indian tradition of dancing in direct addresses, movement framed by ode-like addresses.  But while a classical Indian dance might address Lord Krishna, as always converses with ungodly things, composing odes to introductions, inhibitions, and dreams.
